Cancellation Policy

Registration and Refund Policy: Carmona Pool Services LLC has a strict no-refund policy once your registration has been processed. We charge a $50 fee for no-shows or cancellations, as finding a replacement at the last minute is difficult, and we do not receive refunds for classroom space, equipment, or other preparations made for your course. Once you register, we begin preparing your individual training. It is your responsibility to verify the certification program you need before enrolling, as well as to confirm that you are able to attend all scheduled dates and times at the designated location. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for events beyond our control, such as acts of war, terrorism, natural disasters, or similar unforeseen circumstances. If Carmona Pool Services LLC cancels a course, we will transfer you to the next available session at no additional cost within 60 days. After 60 days, you will need to repay for the class. If we are unable to reschedule within 60 days, you will receive a full refund within 90 days. Punctuality: Instructors will not permit entry after 10 minutes from the start time. If you are going to be late, please contact us to reschedule for the next available class. Illness and Emergencies: We understand that illnesses and emergencies can occur unexpectedly. If you're unable to attend a course due to such circumstances, we will transfer you to the next available class at no additional charge, provided you submit valid documentation from a verified source. Carmona Pool Services LLC reserves the right to determine whether the submitted documentation meets our requirements for a fee waiver. If no documentation is provided, or if the documentation is deemed insufficient, you will be required to repay for the course. Medical Emergencies: While Carmona Pool Services LLC staff are trained to handle emergencies, we are not responsible for any medical information that has not been disclosed to us. As a participant, or as a legal parent or guardian, you release Carmona Pool Services LLC, its owners, and operators from any liability for injuries or loss that may occur during course participation. You acknowledge and accept the risk of bodily injury, including serious injuries, and agree not to pursue legal action against Carmona Pool Services LLC or any affiliated instructors. You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you (or your minor child) are in good health and able to safely participate in the course.
