Cancellation Policy

Punctuality: Instructors will not permit entry after 10 minutes from the start time. If you are going to be late, please contact us to reschedule for the next available class. Illness and Emergencies: We understand that illnesses and emergencies can occur unexpectedly. If you're unable to attend a course due to such circumstances, we will transfer you to the next available class. Medical Emergencies: While Carmona Pool Services LLC staff are trained to handle emergencies, we are not responsible for any medical information that has not been disclosed to us. As a participant, or as a legal parent or guardian, you release Carmona Pool Services LLC, its owners, and operators from any liability for injuries or loss that may occur during course participation. You acknowledge and accept the risk of bodily injury, including serious injuries, and agree not to pursue legal action against Carmona Pool Services LLC or any affiliated instructors. You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you (or your minor child) are in good health and able to safely participate in the course.
