Service Description
Blended Learning classes combine web-based coursework (50%) with practical skills sessions (50%) under the guidance of a certified instructor. All online coursework must be completed before attending the in-person skills session. Participants are required to bring their completion certificate and identification to the class to receive their certification. Carmona Pool Services LLC is responsible for providing the online access link, course materials, classroom equipment, certified instructors, and conducting the skills sessions. However, we do not control or manage the online learning system used by the American Red Cross. Therefore, we are not liable for any issues related to accessing or completing the online coursework. Any problems with the online system should be addressed directly with the American Red Cross support team. Our responsibility is limited to the in-person training sessions, as outlined in the American Red Cross instructor’s manual.
Cancellation Policy
Punctuality: Instructors will not permit entry after 10 minutes from the start time. If you are going to be late, please contact us to reschedule for the next available class. Illness and Emergencies: We understand that illnesses and emergencies can occur unexpectedly. If you're unable to attend a course due to such circumstances, we will transfer you to the next available class. Medical Emergencies: While Carmona Pool Services LLC staff are trained to handle emergencies, we are not responsible for any medical information that has not been disclosed to us. As a participant, or as a legal parent or guardian, you release Carmona Pool Services LLC, its owners, and operators from any liability for injuries or loss that may occur during course participation. You acknowledge and accept the risk of bodily injury, including serious injuries, and agree not to pursue legal action against Carmona Pool Services LLC or any affiliated instructors. You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you (or your minor child) are in good health and able to safely participate in the course.
